Refund & Replacement Policy

Please read our Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before making any purchase from Electrochem Power Systems Private Limited.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests shall be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product supplied
  • Manufacturing defect identified at delivery
  • Product damaged during transit (subject to verification)

Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

2. Replacement Policy

Products found defective under approved warranty conditions may be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.

Replacement shall not apply in cases of:

  • Physical damage
  • Improper handling or installation
  • Unauthorized repair
  • Electrical misuse or overload
  • Expired warranty period

3. Non-Refundable Orders

The following orders shall generally be non-refundable:

  • Customized products
  • Bulk production orders
  • Government tender supplies
  • Orders processed against advance payment after production commencement

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed through the original payment mode within a reasonable business timeframe after verification and approval.
