Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our products and services.

1. General

Electrochem Power Systems Private Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of Lithium Batteries and related power products for Dealers, Distributors, Businesses, End Customers, and Government Organizations.

All orders, supplies, and services are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders & Pricing

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by the company.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Quotations remain valid only for the specified validity period.
  • Taxes, freight, insurance, and installation charges shall be extra unless specifically mentioned.

3. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment may be required for confirmed orders.
  • Customized or bulk orders may be treated as non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
  • Delayed payments may attract applicable interest or hold on future supplies.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to production schedules, transportation delays, force majeure events, or supplier constraints.
  • The company shall not be liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

5. Warranty

Electrochem Power Systems Private Limited provides a warranty of up to 5 Years on selected products, subject to product category and usage conditions.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Warranty shall become void in cases of:

  • Physical damage
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized repair/modification
  • Water/fire damage
  • Misuse or negligence

6. Limitation of Liability

The company’s liability shall be limited only to repair or replacement of defective products as per approved warranty terms.

The company shall not be responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of business or profits
  • Damage caused by improper usage or external conditions

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, technical documents, logos, and brand materials remain the property of Electrochem Power Systems Private Limited.

8. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
